FAA BITS II
The Broad
Information Technology and Telecommunications Services
contract (BITS II) is sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The contract is available to all Federal agencies and provides an efficient
method for acquiring a wide range of Information Technology (IT) services and

Project Performance
Corporation's (PPC) contract with FAA for BITS II is a Government-Wide Acquisition
Contract (GWAC), available to all Federal Government agencies to procure the
services of Project Performance Corporation's qualified and experienced staff.
The 8-year contract period is available through September 30, 2011. PPC is currently in Option Year 2 (10/01/05-09/30/06).

Corporation is a small business prime contractor under BITS II supporting all
twelve functional areas under the contract:

• IT & Telecommunication Related Training

The BITS II contract
is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order
contract whose orders may be Time & Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price
(FFP), or Labor Hour (LH). All customers are assessed a minimal processing fee
equal to 1% of Task Order funding (not less than $200, minimum order size $20,000).
Most Task Orders
will be awarded within 15 business days of receipt of a complete Task Order
Package.
