President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Thornsvard is a driven leader and has an outstanding record of growing businesses. He brings the strategy, vision, and operational excellence that will leverage the company's focus areas to even greater growth and diversification into the federal and commercial marketplace. Harry is a highly experienced corporate executive who brings 35 years of experience in corporate and military organizations. Since leaving the Army after 22 years of service, Mr. Thornsvard has served in corporate leadership positions in TranTech, Inc (COO)., RDR Inc.(President & CEO), CACI (SVP), Premier Technology Group (COO), The Logistics Company, and GAITS.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cornet has a highly successful track record working within the Government Contracting arena for multiple companies both small and large. Mr. Cornet brings experience in building strong finance teams, developing sound strategic plans to lead company growth, and organizational structuring to leverage company resources. He assisted multiple companies in creating policy and procedures, defining rate structures, and has helped lead merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Cornet has more than 17 years of experience working in multiple roles for varying government contractors. Prior to PPC, he was the Chief Financial Officer for GAITS.
SVP of Corporate Development and VP of the Energy, Environment and Climate Solutions Division
Mr. Holt leads PPC's Energy, Environment and Climate Solutions (EECS) Division providing Management and IT solutions for Federal, State and Local Government and commercial clients. The EECS domain experts develop and implement solutions for energy, environmental, and sustainability strategy, data management, policy, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Holt is also developing corporate strategies to bring a comprehensive array of integrated solutions to solve customer challenges in energy and sustainability, cyber security, information technology and knowledge management.
Prior to PPC, he has held leadership positions at the Nana Development Corporation, ConEdison Solutions, Xenergy/Kema, and Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology. Earlier, he performed policy analysis at the Congressional Budget Office and Congress' Office of Technology Assessment, and was a researcher at Honeywell's Electro-Optics Center, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories, and Brazil's University of Campinas. He currently holds Board positions at two not-for profit organizations.
Mr. Holt earned a BS and MS in Physics at Tufts University and a MS in Energy & Resources at UC, Berkeley.
Senior Vice President of Strategic Programs
Mr. Thurman J. Allard is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Programs for PPC. Mr. Allard is a proven leader with an exceptional record of consistently delivering results on complex technical programs.
At PPC, Mr. Allard is responsible for the development and management of programs for the Department of Energy laboratories with the goal of establishing PPC as the information technology partner of choice for the Department.
Mr. Allard brings a wealth of experience in the development, deployment and management of a wide range of technologies and systems. Prior to joining PPC, T. J. spent over 30 years with Sandia National Laboratories where he held multiple leadership positions and included partnering with a broad set of both government and commercial customers. Mr. Allard's experience includes system design, technology development, Government Relations, management of programs in excess of $50M, guiding the Laboratory's efforts in combating terrorism, and ISO-registered management system design and implementation. T. J. received a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. Mr. Allard is also a Fellow of MIT's Seminar XXI program.
Vice President, Government Information Technology Solutions & Services Division (GITSS)
Gregg Melanson leads PPC’s Government Information Technology Solutions & Services Division (GITSS). Mr. Melanson’s team offers our clients expert level services in the areas of infrastructure design, installation and operations; software development and integration; security; and enterprise architecture. His division specializes in open source SOA and virtualization; budget formulation and infrastructure energy optimization. Mr. Melanson brings more than 22 years of experience in both the federal and commercial sectors. His career includes leadership positions at Walt Disney, C-Technologies, Catapult Technology and NCI.
Vice President, Contracts and Procurement
Mr. Dill is responsible for PPC’s Contracts and Procurement functions and all formal interactions with federal, state and local, and commercial clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Mr. Dill has over 30 years of experience in Acquisition and Logistics Management. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sector encompassing financial management and control; budget planning, preparation, and execution; cost and pricing preparation, evaluation, and negotiations; strategic alliances, joint ventures; and risk management and compliance. Mr. Dill is a former active duty US Army Contracting Officer (with unlimited warrant) and a retired member of the US Army Acquisition Corps (Reserve Component). He received DAWIA certifications in both Contracting and Program Management, and also served as a certified Army Instructor. Mr. Dill is an active member of the National Contract Management Association and earned the prestigious designation of NCMA Fellow in 2010.
Prior to joining PPC Mr. Dill held leadership positions at Novetta Solutions/White Oak Technologies, and CACI INC-FEDERAL. Mr. Dill earned a BA in History from Western Maryland College, and completed his MBA in Contracting at the Florida Institute of Technology.
