Our mission is to ensure, to the maximum extent practicable, that Project Performance Corporation reaches out to the small business community with opportunities for them to participate in the business offerings of PPC to its Federal, State and Local clients. We want to provide for the growth and development of Small Businesses in business areas served by PPC through extending the opportunity for the development of a Mentor-Protégé relationship.
