We support a variety of civic and community service programs through employee-directed contributions, donations, and personal involvement. Each year, we donate 2 percent of our earnings to charitable causes (that’s more than twice the average for major companies in the US).  

Guided by the recommendations of our employees, we have a long history of supporting worthy causes and organizations in the Washington Metropolitan Area, and Fairfax County in particular. We’re now working to maximize our collective impact by focusing our support on local communities in crisis in four essential program areas.
