Based on what our employees have told us, we already know that we’ve found a winning formula. Still, it’s very rewarding when that belief is validated by one of the most respected sources in town.
In November 2007, PPC was named by
Washingtonian magazine as one of the region’s great places to work, and we were one of only 10 consulting and contracting firms to be recognized with this honor. The magazine’s approach was rigorous, and included private surveys of a random but sizable sampling of our employees. They also examined turnover data, employee referral rates, and other factors — and followed up with a site visit. In short, they put our words to the test … and we’re proud to say we lived up to our claims.
The 2007 Washingtonian honor was a natural progression from the 2005 "Great Places" list (which is published every two years), when PPC was recognized with a "Great Places" honorable mention.
