Overview
Usability is a concept that is often thought of in external customer terms and considerations. Ensuring that customers can successfully navigate through a website for optimum shopping experiences is intuitively understandable, and therefore something that businesses will invest in for graphic artists, usability specialists, technology, and whatever else is needed to create an environment where customers will spend money.
This is Part 1 of a three-part white paper series on usability. Part 1 focuses on usability from the perspective of employee impact, Part 2 on customer impact, and Part 3 on where the two meet. Each part of these will define clear usability pictures/issues that can expand how people see the need to invest in usability.
