Paul H. Meyers
Director, Corporate Quality Management
Paul Meyers, as Director, Corporate Quality Management, is responsible for the identification, development, implementation, and support of quality and process initiatives across the enterprise. His role spans all corporate functions as well as providing support and oversight to PPC’s service delivery.
Mr. Meyers is a quality management professional with over 25 years of progressive experience ranging from programmer to senior management. His technical experience covers all phases of program and project lifecycles (requirements development, system engineering, systems and software development) as well as management of operational and production environments. He has experience developing high-performance technology solutions, such as redundant infrastructure planning for an international pharmaceutical company, military network planning and engineering systems, general ledger for hospitals, and savings and loans applications in banking. Through these experiences Mr. Meyers recognized the importance of superior service delivery and client satisfaction to achieving business success and the role that organizational structure and processes play in attaining these twin goals. Mr. Meyers leveraged this broad experience and knowledge of technology, and the organizational structure and processes that support it, into a career focused on optimizing organizational success. Utilizing his expertise, Mr. Meyers has effectively trained and motivated teams to achieve superior performance. He is experienced in several process or quality models, including SEI CMM/CMMI, PMI PMBOK, and ISO 9000.
Mr. Meyers has held senior positions with several companies in the commercial sector (banking, medical, telephony), civil government (Bureau of the Census, Department of Education), and the Department of Defense (Army, Air Force). Mr. Meyers has received multiple citations, including superior performance and governmental service awards. He has presented papers at industry conferences on process and quality and maintains membership in Project Management Institute and American Society for Quality.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Statistical Science.
