Dale L. Tuttle
Director, Business Technology Solutions Division
Dale Tuttle leads Project Performance Corporation’s Business Technology Solutions Division, which includes the Portals, Business Process Management, and Knowledge Management practices. As Division Director, he is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the Division and its practices, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with vendors and consulting partners, marketing, and overall performance of his business unit.
Mr. Tuttle has over 14 years of experience in deploying comprehensive IT solutions in both the public and private sectors, and has personally led major deployments in large distributed environments requiring extensive design, integration, and security planning. His portal implementation and management experience includes projects for a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Energy, and National Institutes of Health, to Reebok International, Staples, and others. His project portfolio in the fields of information management and project management includes work for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as other clients. With extensive experience in requirements analysis and best practices consulting, Mr. Tuttle also has DOD Top Secret Clearance.
Prior to joining PPC in 1999, Mr. Tuttle’s career included positions at Advanced Technology Systems, the Environmental Information Services division of the Waste Policy Institute, and the Center for International Earth Sciences Information Network. Mr. Tuttle is a frequent speaker at IT conferences around the country, concentrating on portal implementation best practices, identity management, and service orientation.
