Director, Security and Privacy Division

Terry DiVittorio is responsible for all PPC security business in the US Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Federal Civilian Agencies. He leads a team of 60 information assurance professionals and manages over $10 million a year in security services business.

A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Mr. DiVittorio has over 20 years of experience in commercial, military, and intelligence communications and computer systems. He has a comprehensive background in all security disciplines, risk mitigation and management, IT security and regulatory compliance processes, Continuity of Operations/Government (COOP/COG), contingency planning and exercise, and offensive and defensive information operations. He is also an adjunct instructor at the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy, School of National Security Studies. Prior to joining PPC, Mr. DiVittorio was a senior executive with Booz Allen Hamilton, leading and managing security business within the Intelligence Community and the Federal Civilian Agency markets.

Mr. DiVittorio is a highly decorated veteran of the first Gulf War, having served in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 2000. He received the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Joint Service Achievement Medal. He was also the 11^th Air Force Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year and runner-up for the Air Force 12 Outstanding Airmen award. While on active duty, Mr. DiVittorio obtained his A.A.S., B.S., and M.B.A. degrees.

Mr. DiVittorio was the 2006-2007 president of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, (AFCEA) and a three-time winner of the Distinguished Young AFCEAN award. He has also been awarded AFCEA’s Emerging Leader Award, Meritorious Service Award, Medal of Merit, and Leadership Award. He currently serves on the AFCEA International Board of Directors as Associate Director.
