Overview
We have designed, developed, and deployed over 200 knowledge management systems, including websites, portals, and content/document management systems. Over the course of these deployments in a variety of organizations, our subject matter experts observed a lack of practical application of Project Management (PM) and KM methodologies. This led us to the creation of PKM: Project Knowledge Management, integrating the disciplines of both project and knowledge management.
