The Data Center Network Engineer for the IT Optimization Practice will implement and administer LAN in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Data Center Architect #08-062
The Data Center Architect for the IT Optimization Practice is responsible for data center operations, service delivery and infrastructure engagement. He/she will design and have management of: power, cooling, physical plant, capacity planning and forecasting. They will also manage data center infrastructure including network, storage, facilities and computing platforms.
Data Center Systems Engineer #08-059
The Data Center Systems Engineer for the IT Optimization Practice will conduct IT Systems Engineering, modernization and migration efforts.
Mid Level Intelligence Analyst #08-099
The Mid Level Intelligence Analyst for the Security Operations Practice will engage in and contribute to all phases of the intelligence cycle. Assignments are available inside the USA and overseas. Assignment functional areas include but are not limited to: CNO; defense industry; defense policies; emerging & disruptive technologies; exercise & training activity; foreign cultures; foreign denial & deception; foreign intelligence activities; foreign space & counter-space; intelligence goals; illicit drugs; infectious disease & health; foreign military leadership; foreign national leadership; military system RDT&E; operational readiness & disposition; order of battle; POW/MIA; regional dynamics; foreign service capabilities; stability concerns; strategy & doctrine; supporting intelligence infrastructure; terrorism; weapon systems characteristics and performance.
Kalido Developer #08-035
The Kalido Developer in the Analytics and Data Warehousing Practice will be responsible for leading, architecting and managing mission critical projects. The responsibilities of Kalido Developer include architecting, building and maintaining Kalido Dynamic Information Warehouse Models, Meta Data and Data Marts. The developer will design and develop data warehouse solutions using traditional and Kalido business models.   He/she will work with business users to translate requirements into system flows, data flows, data mappings while developing solutions to complex business problems. The developer will foster our existing engagements at clients and create expansion opportunities for PPC. The incumbent will consistently take on increasing responsibility in a fast paced, rapidly growing area within PPC.
Enterprise Search Expert #08-003
The position of Enterprise Search Expert for the Knowledge Management Practice requires a senior technical consultant who is capable to grow PPC’s Knowledge Management practice’s expertise in search. The duties include, but are not limited to, conducting business development activities, developing customer base, conference speaking and writing, forming partnerships with clients and vendors, and hiring a team of experts to grow the business. This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.

Portal Solutions Practice Leader #07-233
The Portal Solutions Practice Leader for the Portal Solutions Practice will lead and grow PPC’s Portal Solutions practice. The Practice Leader will devise portal strategies and take services to market.  He/she will establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners, help identify new business and positions, secure new work and ensure operational efficiency of this business unit. The Practice Leader will also be responsible for expanding portal services into the Microsoft SharePoint and IBM Websphere environments as well as maintaining core expertise with BEA Aqualogic & Weblogic platforms.
Senior Enterprise Architect #08-124
The Senior Enterprise Architect for the Enterprise Architecture Practice will have over 10 years experience in the industry leading enterprise architecture projects and managing complex change. He or she will lead and advise the Enterprise Architecture program and data architecture program teams along with government agency senior leadership on EA and NIEM program integration, EA and NIEM program governance and EA and NIEM development. They will facilitate and direct data governance efforts at government agencies. This individual will have a high level of influence with senior members of the customer’s management. Will apply thought leadership and influence in improving the practices of the client’s current EA and NIEM programs.
Analytics & Data Warehousing Practice Leader #07-238
The Analytics and Data Warehousing Practice Leader for the Analytics and Data Warehousing (ADW) Practice will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business in the data management arena. The ideal candidate will manage the P&L of the practice and grow the base of business by developing existing client base as well as acquiring new customers.  In this capacity he/she will be responsible for developing innovative offerings and methodologies that provide greater value to the customers and sets PPC apart from the competition. The Practice Leader will work with other practices at the firm to identify cross-sell opportunities as well as assist with the development and delivery of proposals.  Other responsibilities include technical strategy, market positioning, quality assurance, and process improvement.
ETL Developer #08-155
The ETL Developer for the Business Intelligence Practice will assume ownership of the requirements collection, design and delivery of the ETL process while maintaining and supporting Production ETL systems.  The developer will define best practices for ETL design and development.  Various duties will include performing data source analysis and data quality assessments, creating and scheduling ETL jobs, and performing data dictionary administration.  The incumbent will provide expertise in modeling operational data stores and staging areas.  The developer will also analyze the impact of ETL on metadata and implement change data capture using code or tools.
Senior Design Reviewer #08-142
The Senior Design Reviewer in the Security Operations Practice will build, construct and review construction blueprints.
Mid-Level BPM Developer#08-164
The BPM Developer in the Business Process Improvement Practice will develop enterprise BPM solutions for PPC’s public and private-sector clients.  The developer will work individually and/or on a development team to deliver solutions using BPM software, Java, J2EE, SQL, XML, and Web Services.  He/she will design and develop application prototypes, utilities, and solutions across multiple environments using full life-cycle methodologies (requirements definition, design, development, testing, and implementation).  The developer is required to produce technical specifications and design documentation including process flow, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, physical architecture, system and web services interface specifications, data dictionary and data model, etc.  The developer will install and configure Business Process Management Software and related applications in a standalone and clustered environments.  This position will require participation in internal design reviews and code reviews; perform unit testing and conduct system testing.  The developer will assist with and provide input to implementation plans and operational plans.  The position works with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to create project work estimates as well as reporting progress to internal manager and the client manager in a timely and effective manner.   The position requires the ability to set priorities and resolve project issues, escalating when appropriate. 
IT Systems Project Manager #08-166
The IT Systems Project Manager for Systems Integration and Development will supervise a team of 20 or more developers while managing a large $2M contract.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer interface qualities, specifically for managing day to day customer requests, addressing system defects in addition to processing and prioritizing new change requests.  The Project Manager will also prepare and sustain a detailed schedule and track progress for new development efforts which are typically 4 to 5 months long.   The Project Manager will be responsible for understanding and managing changing requirements and reduce “scope creep.”  The incumbent will assist in documenting new customer requirements in Engineering Change Proposals, work with the development team to provide estimates, and obtain approval from the customer.  The Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing and assisting with requirements and design efforts of new functionality.  In addition, the Project Manager will be managing system releases, maintaining and following a standardized defect/change control process.   Finally, the Project Manager will need to develop a strong subject matter understanding of the business processes being supported by the system including but not limited to organizational planning, scheduling, budget development, financial monitoring, performance measurement, and reporting.
Senior Systems Tester #08-193
The Senior Systems Tester for the Systems Integration & Development practice must be experienced within the secondary mortgage market. He or she will be responsible for assisting with integration test strategy, planning and test execution, creating test status reports analyzing requirements from use cases, creating test scenarios, and documenting defects. Ths individual filling this role will be required to notify the project manager of status defects as well as mentor fellow testers and junior staff.
IV&V Analyst #08-183
The IV & V Analyst for the Verification and Validation Practice will be responsible for assisting in the integration of the test strategy, planning and testing execution, creating test status reports, analyzing requirements from use cases, creating test scenarios and documenting defects.  This position is required to mentor fellow testers and junior staff.
