We Value Our Employees — And Provide Benefits to Match

Wherever you are in your career, having excellent benefits can make a huge difference. At PPC, one of our Core Ideologies is that we value our people — and we’re proud to offer a wide range of benefits that support our employees and their families. To name just one example, through our 401(k) plan, we provide an employer match that significantly helps our employees build their retirement nest eggs rapidly.

Our benefits go well beyond the traditional health, retirement, and bonus plans … like our commitment to creating and maintaining a real quality of life in the workplace. Take our game room, for example — which we use for “kicking back,” pizza parties, and pancake breakfasts (served up by our CEO and CFO). We strive to make our workplace comfortable, fun, and one that builds a sense of community. In other words, we offer a combination of benefits and opportunities that truly sets us apart from almost every company in our industry.
