Mr. Haddad manages the Company’s commercial IT sector with a focus on the Insurance, Healthcare, Financials, Telecommunications, and CPG vertical markets. Launched in 1999 as a practice dedicated to the deployment of enterprise portals, the Commercial IT Consulting Sector has grown to encompass complementary practice areas that cover the complete lifecycle of information management. From initial strategy and technology selection, through design and deployment, to long-term support and iterative improvement, this sector provides enterprise solutions in business intelligence; data warehousing; master data management; enterprise portals; knowledge management; and business process management. It also manages the Adaptive Data Warehouse Center of Excellence.  

In addition to managing Project Performance Corporation’s commercial IT services, Mr. Haddad oversees the company’s technology partnerships with leading companies, including Ascential/IBM, BEA, Kalido, and Sybase.  

Prior to joining Project Performance Corporation in 1998, Mr. Haddad ran the Environmental Data Management division for WPI, and previously worked at Argonne National Laboratory’s Advanced Computer Applications Group. With over 20 years in the IT industry, Mr. Haddad brings experience and best practices in enterprise solution deployment across both the federal and commercial sectors.
