Martin Wright, appointed Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) for The AEA Group in 2008, oversees all worldwide IT functions and acts as a vital liaison between technology and business operations. Mr. Wright is responsible for providing the strategic direction on all aspects of technology.

In his role of GCIO, Mr. Wright leads the Global IT team to align AEA’s IT knowledge and experience to benefit individual capability and generate best value for all global customers. The Global IT team and its mission of being in the technology vanguard, provide industry leading strategies, processes and architectures that ensure the integrity of AEA’s computing platform. This platform allows AEA to leverage the use of information within the enterprise to provide optimal value for its customers.

In addition, the Global IT team incorporates AEA’s leading edge products and innovative technologies into its internal business support infrastructure.  The enterprise-wide technologies provide an integrated and seamless platform for collaboration, communication, and business integration.

Mr. Wright has 15 years of experience in the technology arena.  Prior to AEA’s acquisition of PPC, he was CIO since January 2003. He accelerated PPC’s business by aligning technology strategy with its business objectives. Prior background includes roles as the Director of Technology at Advenix Communications and Chief Technology Officer at CompuTech Law.  

Mr. Wright actively participates in industry and community associations, serving on the Board of Directors for Leadership Fairfax Inc (LFI) and a member within the Industry Advisory Council (IAC).

Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies, from George Mason University, Fairfax, VA.
