Charlie Hanley joined PPC with more than 22 years of experience in the Federal market place as an executive with Northrop Grumman and Federal Data Corporation. During his tenure with Northrop Grumman, he was responsible for increasing the performance of three large organizations in the areas of profitability, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

As an operational manager at Northrop Grumman, Mr. Hanley had responsibility for accounts with federal agencies, including the National Institutes of Health, Food and Drug Administration, Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, Federal Aviation Administration, National Transportation Safety Board, American Red Cross, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Across these accounts Mr. Hanley has delivered a wide variety of solutions and services in the areas of Systems Integration, Acquisition Support, Application Development, Data Center Management, Disaster Recovery Planning and Cyber Security Management.

Mr. Hanley started his career with privately held Federal Data Corporation, where he spent almost 14 years focused in the areas of Business Development and marketing. His contributions in the areas of marketing, operational leadership, and sales helped Federal Data expand their business base and Federal footprint until they were eventually acquired by a private equity firm.

Mr. Hanley holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the National Defense University’s Information Resource Management Program.
