Business Objective:
The Green Suppliers Network (GSN) provides assistance to manufacturers and their suppliers to identify opportunities to increase environmental performance through lean manufacturing reviews. GSN relies on strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure program success, and must continue to seek out new partners and participants in order to expand the program’s impact on environmental performance.
PPC Solution:
PPC developed a targeted marketing strategy that allowed GSN staff to direct their resources towards the potential program participants that are more likely to participate in the program.

• Developed list of the top corporations, trade associations, and other government programs that the GSN should engage.
• Ranked potential participants based on a quantified set of criteria designed to indicate willingness to address environmental supply chain issues.
