BestPractices and Save Energy Now Program Support
Business Objective:
Coordinate and track progress of ITP’s BestPractices and Save Energy Now (SEN) programs, which promote increased energy efficiency and productivity to industry.
Solution:
PPC provided information management and training management for over 30,000 companies participating in more than 60,000 BestPractices and SEN program activities. Developed and implemented performance metrics that provide robust analysis capabilities on the return on investment of activities throughout the ITP program.
Project Details:
• Developed proven methodologies to integrate over 30 types of industrial outreach data from dozens of sources.
• Created web-based data input interfaces to manage, collect and report savings data from ESAs.
Project Results:
Developed the BestPractice Tracking System (BPTS) and the Energy Savings Assessment Management System (ESAMS) to provide ITP management with a comprehensive performance metrics.
• Coordinated, managed and tracked over 1,000 BestPractices training workshops.
• Tracked Energy Savings Assessments (ESA) results worth over $500 million at the nation’s largest industrial facilities.
• Became ITP’s central source of program activity and metrics data.
